Have been playing in Whitby at The Dolphin Hotel with Milo Thelwell on fiddle and Tommy Randell on Bodhran. Gig is once a month on the first wednesday-thoroughly enjoying it too. Not happening August though as I'm away and the Whitby Folk festival shall be supplying more than enough musicians. Maybe later in the month. The Landlords, Martin and Liz, love the Uilleann Pipes and Irish music. Great supporters of the tradition. The Festival Interceltique in Lorient is fast approaching once again and am looking forward to meeting up with all the fine Irish musicians who gather each fantastic day and night at the Galway Inn at number18 Rue Belgique. The London Irish shall be there again in force with Mr Brian Kelly on Banjo and a host of speedy brilliance!
